Crystal Padmore

Naturally Beautiful, quietly confident and a modern crafted vision is how CrystalPadmore describes her fashion aesthetic.

She mixes chunky hand crafted knits with delicate bamboo jerseys to create soft flowing silhouettes with lovingly hand knitted features. With a strong environmental ethos, Padmore creates stunning bespoke pieces made by her own hands that strictly adhere to her environmentally friendly philosophy.

In 2008, Crystal Padmore won a fairtrade design competition for Topshop. She designed and sampled a fair-trade bag that was picked to go onto Topshop shelves in the oxford street flagship store. They were sampled in South America where her tutor and friend Maria Skoyles was able to teach the machinists new skills and techniques and supply a fair wage and decent working conditions for the women who made up the bags.

She is currently launching her own label, Crystal Padmore, extending the Coincide collection and products will be available to buy from www.crystalpadmore.co.uk later this year.

Roc and Doll

Roc and Doll

Roc and Doll sits right on the cusp of feminine; an edgy, directional label developed by designer Lucy Bennett and her strive to bring fashion forward design to the forefront of the independent designer market. The label’s strong silhouettes, and well engineered garments have to date rewarded her with a clear identity that goes beyond tailoring with a twist. The careful structure of each piece is fundamental to the brand’s integrity, and small limited runs provide both customer and designer with pieces that will not tire.

The label was established in 2005, shortly after Lucy graduated from the University of Huddersfield, where she studied Fashion. Early collections appealed initially to a very small sector, then, with the development of definitive styles, the designer’s handwriting became visible and a clientele was carved out for the label. Since then, it has achieved international sales, national press and orders with multi million pound e commerce sites; Brand Alley and ASOS.
